In his 13th video, cranky old poop Ticked Off Ted pisses and moans about product packaging. Most of us just eat the stupid packaging bullet and get on with our lives but not Ted O'Hooey (don't tell him we used his given name here). This silly, grainy, crude video is a sure sign that ol' Ted has gone to the dogs, video-wise. We think he's calling everything "toilet paper" because he's full of shit. He also has no clue that he's starting to look like Larry "Bud" Melman.
We stopped by Ted's place before we posted his 13th video here at Junk TV to ask him why the video quality made him look like a goofy cartoon character (or Larry "Bud" Melman) instead of an actual, living human being. Well, the old fart just blew cigarette smoke in our faces and said, "Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out." We didn't.
