Cam Cad

Science fiction author, literary author, semi-retired blogger and incurable homemade video maker, Michael Casher, posted a video expose of his video-making addiction on his Thinker's Corner blog on December 1, 2012. We heard the folks at Science Fiction for Thinkers.com told him not to post this video but we "muck rackers" at Junk TV egged him on. We didn't undertand the full scope of this video's title like they did at his official website.

We thought it meant that Michael Casher can be a scoundrel in front of a web cam if he's up to it but, in real life, he's more like a "ham" than a "cad". At Science Fiction for Thinkers.com, Michael Casher's official website, they think "Cam Cad" was a lame pun about the term "cad cam", which is an engineering term for technical drawing on a computer.  Well we figured, Who cares? But we recently caught the reclusive author waltzing out of the local dollar store with half a cart full of items and we put our question to him. This was his incredible answer.

"They don't have Almond Roca again," he said, beginning to stammer like a drug addict in need of a fix. "Two years straight," he continued, pushing his cart across the parking lot toward his aging Daewoo Lanos, totally oblivious to the heavy traffic pouring in. "No Almond Roca Christmas candy," he muttered to himself. People began to stare and point. "No Almond Roca!" he shouted to the sky, shaking his fist at the clouds. Before we got involved in a uncomfortable local problem, we packed it in and called it a day. So, nobody at Junk TV cares anymore about why this video is called "Cam Cad". But most of us are wondering what "Almond Roca" is and where we can get it.
